These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between NewLook Finance(the "Organizer") and the individual or entity registering for our events (the "Participant"). By completing a registration and processing payment, you agree to the following:

1. General terms

1.1. These terms apply to all international participants.
1.2. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse service or registration to any individual at its sole discretion.

2. Pricing and currency

2.1. The currency the prices are listed in depends on the country of the event, but remains at the sole discretion of the Organizer (the "Event Currency").
2.2. If you are paying from a bank account in a different currency than the Event Currency, your bank may apply exchange rates and transaction fees. The Organizer is not responsible for these additional costs.
2.3. Value Added Tax (VAT) or local sales taxes will be applied at checkout where applicable by law.

3. Payment and registration

3.1. Registration is valid only upon receipt of full payment.
3.2. Promo codes: any valid discount codes must be entered during the online checkout process. We cannot apply discounts manually once a transaction has been finalized.

4. Cancellation and refund policy

4.1. Refund requests: requests for refunds must be sent in writing to support@newlookfinance.com.
4.2. Refund schedule:
- Cancellations received 30+ days prior to the event: full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
- Cancellations received 14–29 days prior: 50% refund.
- Cancellations received less than 14 days prior: no refund available.
4.3. Ticket transfer: you may nominate a substitute attendee at no extra cost up to 48 hours before the event.

5. Event alterations

5.1. The Organizer reserves the right to alter the program, speakers, or venue. In the unlikely event of a full cancellation by the Organizer, a full refund of the ticket price will be issued. The Organizer is not liable for participants' travel or accommodation costs.

6. Data privacy and image release

6.1. By attending the event, you acknowledge that photographs and video recordings may be taken. These materials may be used for future promotional purposes by the Organizer.
6.2. Your personal data is handled in accordance with international data protection standards and will not be sold to third parties.
